What is included in the two working sessions?
The two 90 minute sessions are part of up to eight total specialist hours. The remaining time covers assessment, preparation, configuration review, the written launch plan, and follow up during the fourteen day engagement.
What counts toward the eight hours?
All work performed by the UniDesk specialist counts, including preparation, meetings, configuration review, documentation, and follow up. We tell you before the included time is exhausted and quote additional work separately.
Will you migrate our data for us?
We guide your team through the migration and review the result. If you want UniDesk to perform the migration, choose the done for you launch.
Does this include the UniDesk subscription?
No. Guided launch is a one time service. Your UniDesk subscription is selected and billed separately.
Can we add custom integrations?
We can scope them during the consultation. Custom integrations or unusual data transformations may require a separate quote.
What if we decide we need done for you launch?
Move to done for you launch within thirty days and the $2,500 guided launch fee is credited toward the standard $7,500 service.
How long does the engagement remain open?
The guided launch remains open for fourteen days after the first working session. Scheduling delays caused by UniDesk do not reduce that window.
