What does done for you include?
The standard service includes one workspace, migration from one agreed source, up to three supported integrations, core configuration, two remote training sessions, launch validation, and thirty days of remote support.
What counts as a standard data migration?
We migrate the agreed record types from one exportable source. Data cleanup, multiple sources, custom transformations, and unsupported formats require a separate quote.
What does our team still need to do?
Your team provides access, answers workflow questions, makes business decisions, reviews the result, and gives final launch approval.
What does workspace configuration include?
We configure queues, categories, permissions, service levels, standard automations, and the knowledge structure agreed during scoping. Custom development and major process redesign are separate work.
Does the $7,500 include our subscription?
No. Done for you launch is a one time service. Your UniDesk subscription is selected and billed separately.
Are custom integrations included?
You can choose up to three supported integrations. Custom code, unsupported systems, or additional integrations require a separate quote.
What is outside the standard price?
Additional workspaces, additional migration sources, data cleanup, custom transformations, custom code, unsupported integrations, major process redesign, onsite work, and new scope requested after approval are quoted separately.
Is post launch support included?
Yes. The standard service includes thirty days of remote support for questions and corrections related to the agreed launch scope. New workflows and expanded scope are quoted separately.
