Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of UniDesk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace owners are responsible for the conduct of their team members within the workspace.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use UniDesk to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass our security, rate limits, or AI guardrails.
• Send spam, malware, or harassing content through ticket replies, email, or any other channel UniDesk routes for you.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can downgrade or cancel from Settings. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing terms apply for the remainder of your current billing period.

4. AI features

UniDesk's AI features generate suggestions and may take actions you authorize. You are responsible for the autonomy level you grant agents and for the consequences of approved actions. We make no warranty about the accuracy of AI output; treat it as a draft and verify before acting.

5. Your content

You own the content you create in UniDesk. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you and your team.

6. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice except where immediate action is necessary to protect the service or other users.

7. Disclaimers and liability

UniDesk is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
